Online Check In & Amenity Selection
Please fill out our online check out form below as soon as possible so we can prepare for your arrival (This paperwork may also be done in person but submitting this online form will expedite the check in process!)
You will be given the option between In-Person or No-Contact Check In:
In Person Check In:
- Our office is open for Check In Between 3pm-9pm.
- We will ask you to verify your form of payment before we give you your keys.
No-Contact Check In
- Call us at 805-646-5277 to provide the security code on the credit card you are using for your reservation balance.
- Once we receive your payment verification, there will be an envelope on the door of the Front Office with your name on it.
- Inside the envelope will be a letter from us with details regarding your stay and a map with directions your room.
- Your key will be located under the doormat of your room.
- Our office phone hours are 8:30am-8:30pm, please let us know if you need anything prior to our closing so we can best assist you (805) 646-5277. Our after-hours emergency night manager’s phone number is recorded on the voicemail of our main phone line should you require emergency assistance after hours.
- Complimentary Coffee is available for pick up in the lobby or delivered within office hours by request.
- We provide Daily Housekeeping Service by Request, so please let us know before 11am on the day-of to get service.
- Pool & Jacuzzi are open on a first come first serve basis.
